I use the NX pro power shark plate , this is a two stage SINGLE plate (500/300) , centre bar sprays 300 & perimeter sprays 500 , IMO the solinoid does'nt support the 500 shot due to orifice size but that's something else , this is what i use although plenty more vendors out there. Obviously a fogger would be the way to go.

ABSOLUTELY!!
Career best 8.02 @ 169 at 3050# and 10" tires small block power.
