Does the '65 Belvedere have a brake pedal return spring?? Mine falls forward & leaves the brake lights on. I assume a spring is missing??

No pedal spring on my '69 satellite. Just went out and looked. My service manual shows a couple of springs inside the master cylinder though.

Your brake switch may be out of adjustment, have you tried loosening the bracket and moving the switch back or forward?

I thought so but wasn't totally sure.

I'll adjust the switch.

Thanks to all!
