This is more of a generic question. I have a disc brake conversion kit on my 68. One of the wheel studs is stripped and there is no way of getting the lug nut off. Ive tried everything known to man.....minus flame. Aluminum rims :-/ Does anyone have any hints or tips on what works best? The nut is shot and the stud is just spinning. LET ME KNOW!!!!

Anyway of using a dremel tool or a similar type tool to cut the nut length-wise, to split it?

Did you try pulling out on rim/tire while you try spinning that stripped nut off at the same time? Worked for me once or twice. (You do this with other nuts removed already)
