I don't know about spragless powerglide converters, my 10 inch Contintentl 727 converter would foot stall 2300 RPm before sliding the skinny front tires through the lights, it flashes to 4200 to 4800 RPM depending on which track, weather and motor that was in the car. It had 13% slippage at the finish line I had one 8 inch Dynamic converter that would foot stall 4200 (in a different car) and had right at 8 % converter slippage on the other end I hope this helps
