What style tank do you have? The single exhaust/25 gallon tank, or the dual exhaust/20 gallon?

I'd guess he's got the 25.5 gal style. I don't think the 20 gal came along till 79

My old 74 Satellite cruiser had a 20 gallon, as does my 78 Fury A38...unless youre only talking about Chargers

Hmmm, could be.

Well, I know in Dobas and Magnums, they had 25.5 gal tanks till 79. Back in that day, it's hard to say what got what. Magnums weren't supposed to come with slant sixes, but they did.

i used to own a 76 cordoba with factory duals and a 20 gal tank had a 400 hp .
