Confusion
Just like the title says, I am looking to buy a top quality, heavy duty, harmonic balancer puller. I just got done fighting with a Fluidampr that was very tightly pressed onto a crankshaft. I'm sure a good quality puller would have made it much easier. Do any of them have a thrust bearing to help take some of the load while turning the bolt? Any input is appreciated!

The prob you have .. is the damper was not fitted right. And the BEST HB puller ? .. if the HB was fitted right ...a cheapy should be perfectly OK.

T bearing ? ... it not affected at all in the removal of the HB process.

Summit sells a nice one with a bearing that goes against the bolt so when you turn the puller the pressure is on the bearing and not the balancer face. Works great and is a universal kit.
