Can anyone tell me the weight difference between a KB237 at .020" over, and the factory cast non-HP piston at standard bore (both on stock LY rods)? I want to swap to the KB237's and am concerned with how much rebalancing I'd need to do for them?

Polkat, from some old notes. I dont have exactly what you want. But it should help with some comparisons.

Stock, dirty 400 rod and piston. 1816 grams.

Stock, dirty 440 LY rod and piston. 2??? grams.

Lightend, 440 LY,s and KB 237/040 pistons. 1803 grams.

440 Source H rods and KB 237/040 pistons. 1748 grams.

Hummm...major weight difference. How about the Speed Pro (or TRW) L2355F? I understand that it is very close to stock weight. Anyone know?
