its been two years but on my 68 bee there are 3 or 4 screws that go into the post and i think maybe one screw in the back part. it's pretty simple... i think the glass and frame is connected... i don't really get what youre asking

thanks killer, i have taken out the glass and frame as an assembly,3 srews go into post one bolt in the rear yes very simple BUT what i'm trying to do now is remove the glass from the frame. if i take out the screw that goes through the glass in the back (the handle that you use to push out window) it seems you could almost pull out the glass but i don't want to break anything if there is some trick to it. hope that is a little clearer. thank you for helping

okay i gotcha now. i wondered that myself because i have one of mine that is scratched and i wanna put a different one in. i remember it was as if you could pull it, but i too was scared to do it. fearing that it would go back in or mess up the seal. sorry no help here.
don't you like how the seal is to the quarter panel?? there isn't one, it just drains down into the q-panel and outta the drain plugs, crazy stuff.

thanks for trying to help killer,ya that seal? one of my window seals to the 1/4 had the 3M type body sealer putty stuffed under the rubber,so it looked like it fit tight, the other nothing. it is amazing the things you find and that these cars lasted as long as they did with that kind of craftsmanship. if i get an answer i'll let you know.
