Does anyone know who makes stainless pistons and parts for the calipers?

False. Mustangs used Kelsey Hayes calipers, not Bendix, what the OP has on a B body.

I recently went through this myself while looking for the parts to rebuild the calipers on my '68 GTX. I couldn't find much out there as far as replacement seals for the pistons although I am sure that they are available somewhere.

I ended up ordering a rebuilt set through Calipers Online.
