How would one know if a 70 Charger HEMI would have come with power steering? It's a 4 speed 4.10 car, power disc.
If I knew retirement was this great, I would have done it first!

I just sold a 70 V code (440 Six barrel) Road Runner, that was a 4.10 super track pack car. That car had manual steering, but because of the track pack option,it had power disc brakes. It sounds like the Charger you are talking about may have been ordered like my Road Runner was.

I'm guessing there's no gear box or steering column? If there's no broadcast sheet or any other forensics, it'll be hard to know...
