Fellas -

Need a temperature and gas gauge for my 68 Roadrunner with non Rally dash. Before I shell out $100 each with Year One, wondering if these are the best out there or if I should be shopping elsewhere?

Also put an ad in classifieds for good used ones; I'll go this route if the reproductions are not exactly correct.

Thanks,

Scott

Good question. I'm just getting back into cars after a long timeout and will need my gauges rebuilt. Who does this and about what is the cost (I know-a lot).

If I knew retirement was this great, I would have done it first!

Over time I managed to find all NOS ones for my Coronet on Ebay, including speedo and circuit board. Did not pay close to $100 for anything except the speedo.

I called Mike. He can rebuild mine, but doesn't have any refurbished ones in stock. He did say that the Year One gauges were likely made in China and not 100% correct.

I would have him restore mine, but I am in a bit of a time crunch.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks,

Scott

I checked eBay. There were a few used sets, but did not find any NOS or rebuilt ones.

Thanks,

Scott

Found a pair of NOS gauges for a reasonable price (i.e., about what I was going to pay for reproductions).

Thanks,

Scott
