Does anyone know if and who makes a 3.73 ratio ring and pinion for the 8 3/4 rear? 3.91 is just a little too much and 3.55 is a little to little, if you know what I mean.

Yes they do, I am not sure exactly the ratio but it is a 3.7? :1 I think it's for a 489 rear.

Yukon makes the 3.73 ratio for all three 8 3/4" housings. (741, 742, 489)

3.73 are available through a lot of places now for the 3 most popular yolks(741,742,489) I'm pretty sure. I know Randys R&P sells them for sure and I have seen them numerous other places on the web. First and foremost I would check with Dr Diff, he is a board member here and his prices and service are among the best in the business. I'm sure he will chime in soon also.
