I'm having a brain fart - but what side of ears do the motor mount saddles mount to? the front of the ears or the back side?
I have them on the back side right now but my z-bar alignment isn't as good as I think it should be and I had to "stretch" my trans mount to fit so I think the engine needs to come back- but all the pics I can find show everbody else running them this way.

Well on a related note I remember which wire is the hot (input) one at the brake pedal sw (you have white and pink) by thinking "hot pink" but that's not (near) as good as the one above

w the mts on the correct side any idea what part is wrong (or mounted wrong)? Shouldn't have to (nor would you want to) stretch the trans mount

mountingbolt holes on the transmissionmounts flat part that bolts up to the transmission are usualy alitle oval to be adjustable

yes but I gathered that he used up the slot travel & needed more. Maybe crossmember reversed (if the mounting holes are symmetrical but the trans mount inside it is offset) or wrong trans mount or ??
