Can I buy just the rubber flat washer and 'hat' gasket/washer that is used on the vent window pivots? If so...where?

Are you talking about the rubber that goes on the screw in vent window glass.

Lynch, those aren't them. What you have is the pieces that fit in the quarter window regulator frame.

I don't know of anyone that reproduce these I bought NOS ones awhile ago.
