new 440 engine after break in changed oil ran it or 2min and check fluid level and noticed small trace of what looks like the white lithumn grease I used for assembly of the motor.....is that posible...thanks

It's possible, but it could be coolant or condensation. Are you running straight water? Keep an eye on the coolant level. Look for bubbling int the rad. If you have a pressure tester, check and make sure the system is holding pressure. It's probably nothing, but it doesn't hurt to be safe.

yes do as he said and if the oil turns milkey brown you may have a head gasket going or not sealing correctly
