Who makes good ones? Where can I get them? The ones I bought several years ago fit terrible. Actually I am more concerned with fit and function than I am absolute correct look.

Also, the right side glass rattles. What most likely needs replaced?

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

I bought the whiskers for my '65 300 from them and the fit, quality and appearance was that of the originals. If they have them for my C Body 'vert I'm certain they have them for a '70 E Body.

The "topcat" brand are the good ones... Nicks is one source for them...There's a big variance in the quality on those as you've found out... ...The window rattle is a bit tougher...First take the easy way out and look for any loose/misadjusted parts that would eliminate the rattle...From there check all the plastic wearing parts that can be replaced {track guides etc...} and lastely the regulator hinge points will wear and create rattles....
