The neighbors tree is going to die!!Left the car outside while we were gone for a few days.Needless to say it has mulberry crap on it that got baked on the paint.I tried Mequiars fine cut cleaner and it didnt touch it.What is the most abrasive you can get without going through the clearcoat??Its an 02 Stratus R/T burgundy in color.

Water based paint...Your done...
You might get lucky & color sand it out with some 2000 grit but thats usually not the case, water based paint is soft & highly suseptible to acidic deposits etching to finish..
