Ray...My 10 point mild steel cage added roughly 110 lbs.

I may be off-base for what you are looking to have answered, but if you are trying to determine strictly by weight how much a cage will slow your car, you may also need to consider the cage will stiffen the chassis.
Normally you can figure 100# = .10 sec in E.T., but with a cage there is less energy wasted flexing the car and more power getting to the tires, so it may not affect E.T. as much.
