Quaker city is up for auction again this time no reserve it goes on the block October 19 hope this is not the end I can't post a link as I'm doing this on my phone just google it

Here lies the problem and the reason it will never be sold:

The auction will cover 160 of the 182 acres owned by Swindell. He plans to keep 22 acres which include his residence and some other buildings. Reed explained the property will be sold in pieces, then the track equipment will be sold and then they'll offer everything as a whole.

I think this is the first time it has been offered with no reserve so it sell's no mater what, all I know is Dick Mossey must be turning over in his grave.

The land that's being sold, I believe, does not include the entrance road. So whomever buys the track (if the keep it a track will probably have to pay Dan & Ann for the use of the entrance road or find another place to put an entrance. Not exactly ideal.

It doesn't include the entrance road used now, but does include the other two entrance roads on SR 165.
