He plans to keep 22 acres which include his residence and some other buildings. Reed explained the property will be sold in pieces, then the track equipment will be sold and then they'll offer everything as a whole.

So whomever buys the track (if the keep it a track will probably have to pay Dan & Ann for the use of the entrance road or find another place to put an entrance. Not exactly ideal. Ron H.
