B&E OP enthusiast B Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 244 Kent,OH	I am rebuilding a 383 that had never been apart.Do I need to replace the head bolts? The rebuild will be stock and the car is just a cruiser if that matters. 68 Super Bee Black,White stripe

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,041 Lincoln Nebraska	What buildanother said, light hand wire brush em clean/solvent clean/blow dry/like any part a visual check but rarely a prob there. I lube the threads w 30 wt eng oil then blow it off w shop air. Leaves a VERY LIGHT film of lube live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
