i ran a best of 7.311@94.73 ,60FT was 1.62,launching at 2000,shift at 6000.i also ran 7.35@94.31 ,7.32@94.3 ,7.315@94.55 i dropped the tire pressure down to 18 psi and ran it just like i do on the street,9sec phil was down there also,gave me some tips.thanks phil,

Very nice Mike. ...and you got to drive it home.....sweet.
For the record, the track is up on a mountain, he will/would run at least a tenth faster " down off the mountain". A little tuning, some more carb and I bet its 11.10's. Not bad for a truck with factory iron heads. The 60's definately hurt the overall ET, but its not a dedicated race vehicle either. Good job first time out.

Its almost identical to what my 63 runs. Its a driver also and my best 1/8 is 7.28 @ 94 mph and the 1/4 on that pass was 11.49 @ 116. You are easy 11.50's right now. Thats a good running combo.
