Is there a rule of thumb for acceptable leak down pressures? I am within 10% on all 8.

If its a true street car you're AOK. If its a racer that you're looking for those last 7 horsepower, time for some work. You'd have to spend quite a lot for very little gain.

Generally speaking, under 12% leakdown is ok. 5% is good and under 5% is excellent.
