No clue, as I really didn't want to climb under this motorhome.
I was just hoping there was a "a 440 has the #3 intake runner straight and a 400 has it curved" type easy to I.D. difference since I know little about big blocks.

Easy...if you look under that bracket, a 440 will have a raised pad area, and a 400 will not.. 383/400 413/440.. The raised pad area is right under the bracket in your pic, and just in front of the intake sealing rail basically..(left side of pic in the 2 pics above)

Yes, it should be stamped 440 or even 413.
