Yes I do , I was told it would be 250.00 and in the finish of my choice , meaning the same as I have or a brite ( like chrome ) . Gary
Several years back TTi had a quality issue for the coating process with their outside subcontractor. My suggestion would be to call Sam (owner) and explain your situation..

I had same problem with rust on my TTI's last year. While I had my motor out for it's rebuild. I sent them out Jet Hot(they have a web site). They do headers for NASCAR and NHRA. Their work was great and cost around $250 with a 2-3 week turn around. another thing I did last winter when I put my car up for winter, was to spray them with WD-40. In the spring I sprayed and wiped them with Simple Green before I fired up the car to remove the WD-40.So far they are holding up great no signs of rust.

Same thing happened to my TTIs. Started surface rusting within months of install, in Dallas Texas no less! We are not known for rust issues around here. I called to inquire on the warranty, and they informed me that I would have to call their coater directly, which went no where in a hurry. Doesn't make sense to me either?? You pay the $$ for quality, and then you receive the run around when there are quality issues.
Regardless, their fit is great. I just wish the coating and customer service were better.

I guess there prices have went up and they some quality control issues. I know mine came out looking great and I had them back in about 21/2 weeks.
