I have bleed this thing alot and still can't get a good pedal for the first pump. After it's pumped up it's good I have residual valves and 4 corner strange disc brakes. It will pump up after one pump. I also have a strange master cylinder and all the fittings are tight and leak free. Is there some magic vacuum bleared for bleeding these things when the calipers are higher then the master?

Depending on how much lower the master is than the calipers, you can jack up the front of the car until the master is above the rear calipers and gravity bleed them. Same with the fronts if you can get the car high enough. Have you got free play between the master cup and the push rod so fluid is returning to the master resivoir? Also, assume you bled the master first?

See if you can find someone(older gas station) that
has a power bleeder... works under pressure

that's common with your set up. I learned to live with mine

i un bolt the cailpers and let them hang down to bleed in that case.

i have a peice of 3/8 steel cut that i put in the cailper to act as the rotor so the pistons dont over travel

works good for me, give it a try.

and yes as stated above, make sure the master cylinder is bench bleeded or you will never get a good pedal

Do you have nice flat - parallel rotors and new pads that aren't worn on a taper? That makes all the difference. If the pads are tapered they will want to push the pistons back into the bores when you let off the pedal.

If all that is OK, I raise my car one end at a time so the master cylinder is WAY above the end I'm bleeding, then let it sit overnight before I bleed that end.

sorry fellows but you cannot always bleed out the problem. when the master is lower than the caliper
fluid is displaced to a degree by wear of pads and rotor. In bleeding somewhere in the system is void of fluid unless it's pressurized at all times. once the pedal is lifted there is movement in the master or caliper and that's what he feels. even a residual valve that is supposed to maintain a small amount of pressure beyond it does not alway keep out all of the slack. I'll bet half of you don't realize how your pedal is right now and differences form when you put the system together
