Well I do grill repairs, if you fail to get what you need elsewhere I'll be happy to repair it, but I'll warn you, it's usually pretty expensive, they are complicated and doing OE type quality level work takes allot of labor hours. You'd have to ship it to me for an accurate quote but most are over 1K to fix depending on damage and older re-paint or repair efforts that often reveal themselves.
BTW, the grill you have is not likely cracked due to cold weather (ABS has a very wide temperature tolerance/range) but more likely due to vibrations, accidents, or degradation from UV exposure.
