I'm in the process of making up the hard brake lines on my diff, done the short side ok. Looking for suggestions on how to make the large curve(semi circle) to go around the outside of the diff centre. I can do all the tight bends ok but no idea how to the slow curve.

How about bending the line around a coffee can or some other such object with the right radius.

Or perhaps the rear itself?

I will try the can idea out, can't bend it around the diff as it sits inside the outside edge if that makes sense.

Hello! What are you making the brake lines out of? You should be able to bend the brake line by hand with NO problem. That size brake line is very flexible. Take care!

I bend the lines around the perimeter of the rear, then tweak the bends as needed.

I used the bottom part of a 5 gallon bucket to get a nice smooth bend. Other than that mostly have bent them by hand.
