anlauto OP I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 11,854 Georgetown Ontario Canada	...you can tell I usually work on E Bodies BE&A sold my customer a deluxe dash bezel kit with the glove box door piece when my customer only needed the standard kit. So I want to know if I can just drill some holes and add the plastic bezel to the glove box door? Does anybody have a picture of a glove box door with this bezel removed? The customer would rather add it to his car than deal with BE&A over a miscommunication. *CHECK OUT MY NEW WEB SITE !*

If you have that, I believe that you can just transfer the holes.I think the show side of the door is a clearance hole and the inner part of the door is where the trim piece is secured. 6182346-100_6230.jpg (81 downloads)

I would get the correct piece from BE&A, it is not just simply drilling holes, there are 4 approx. 1/2" holes in the front and 4 approx. 3/16" holes in the rear of the glove box door. You will also have to drill holes for the radio/heater bezel also. The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it. I just call my local Used Mopar Parts vendor and I'm having a different glove box door delivered today.... Personally I would like the dash to be the way it was but the owner would rather just upgrade then to try and deal it in... *CHECK OUT MY NEW WEB SITE !*

I have the 3 piece standard dash in stock and would be more than happy to work with MY customer on this.

I think because we already opened the box, and then there's the matter of shipping it back to USA, and the difference in initial price etc... The owner sort just said "no big deal, let's just use it anyways"He's not worried about originality. If it wasn't and international thing, maybe, but it is a hassle to return stuff... *CHECK OUT MY NEW WEB SITE !*
