whatever happened, it didn't look good. on the return road about 75/100 ft. from where i was pitted, all of a sudden there were several emergency vehicles (ambulances & police cars).
i couldn't see much, due to the crowd that had gathered around, but i did see what appeared to be somebody frantically performing cpr on someone.

I was told someone had a heart attack...I don't know for sure though.

a friend of mine was there and seen this also. a women he spoke with at the scene said the man did'nt make it. rip

thats what i heard also (heart attack) sad to hear.

That is just horrible, I feel bad for his family. As I get older I sometimes feel overwhelmed at the track and I just force myself to relax, I race for fun but things can very easily stress you out to the max. Very sorry to hear this.
