They're different... the Dana bar has a fairly big dip in the middle (about as wide as the gas tank) to clear the larger housing. 8 3/4 bars are straight.

By the look of the picture, the manifold looks identical to 1970-71 hp manifolds and even uses the same heat stove for the air cleaner.
The driver side is different with that ridge between the heat stove bolts.
