Can you post the SPD and the interior code? Did you notice that your car has 70 style seats (common with early cars)

I didn't know they were 70 style seats, I thought they were 71 Deluxe style. I 'd like to stay with the same look when I order seat covers, so I guess I should know that. I know I do have a 70 console as there is no ash tray. It has a spot for the seat belts to go in.

I thought about keeping the colors but I was swayed by 2 things. I don't really like gold for exterior and although the inside is in good condition, I dont like the way there are so many different shades in the interior. The seats are different from the panels and the console is different from them both and the dash is 3 different shades. So outside will be Y3 Yella and inside will be black whens shes done.

The SPD is Scheduled Production Date, for your car it's 922 - September 22. Very early.

Sorry to confuse you about the seats - the pattern is still 71, the seat hardware is 70. Meaning the button on the side is a large button and in late 71 it changes to a small chrome button. Result is different seat backs.

As for the color I think you had better check out what you are supposed to have first. Your car is Dark Gold Metallic (or Tawny Gold in Plymouth speak). It's awesome and I might need to beat you with a pool noodle if you change it.

Thanks for the info Morty. I have seen the original color at the shop and sorry for the change but I want Yella. This one is going to be the way I would of ordered it. The body work is well under way.
