Would .920 (stock 440) T-bars be a decent upgrade from stock small block bars.

Mainly a street driven car, but looking to upgrade handeling over the winter. I can get slightly used set of bars at a great price, but will I notice any differnece?

I'll dissent and say no. .88 to .92 isn't that big a jump. It will help, but won't be a night and day difference. I'd check and see if Just Suspension is still running their 1.0" special, $199 a pair.

I was origionally thinking 1.0' bars...but I can get the .92s 1/4 of the price of the 1.0s. Maybe I will pass on them.

I went from .88 to .92 and definitely noticed a difference, if I had it to do it over, I might go larger. Depends on what kind of driving you'll be doing.

But for that price I'd go for it if I were you.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
