SSDAcuda OP super stock Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 872 NJ	I tried placing an order on his website and it confirmed order but never took payment saying he'll call back. Tried calling all week, no answer, no machine. I NEED THESE FASTENERS!!! HELP!!! SS/DA 1924

The problem is when it came time for payment, it never takes information and states he will call you back! I have been calling him all week to give him the money and confirm he recieved order. Do you have another means of getting ahold of him, otherwise your order will be in line behind mine! SS/DA 1924

He takes care of one customer at a time. He will not drop a call when the phone rings. He is a asset to the hobby. He stocks and has knowledge of all the little stuff that no one else wants to deal with. Keep trying and leaving messages. He will get back to you. If you have an account and he has the credit card on file he will send the parts out.

I like some call during the middle of the day(seems to be the best time to catch him). He is truly an asset because he does keep the small stuff nobody else will fool with..... Be patient, as we all know if you're in this hobby nothing ever gets done when it's supposed to!!!!! But we do need these guys for us to be able to do it....... Anonymous Unregistered A	just talked to tom on friday and placed my order with him on the phone, had a great conversation with him.hes one of the best guys out there. hes a 1 man show and you just have to call a few times,you'll get him. i wont go anywhere else. big or small order ,he ll get it out for you, give him another call.it only takes 1 day when he ships it out.

He may know his stuff and have great parts but if you cant get them in a timely manner whats the point? I used to be pro tom but after it taking 3 plus weeks to get my parts with little or no communication Im done with him. I run a restoration business and when I place an order I need the parts delivered on time or it totally throws a wrench in my schedule and leaves me with angry customers. He could at least call and say there is a problem. If he is going to have a business he needs to run it like a business. Just my 2 cents.
