This was my Uncle Leon's 1957 Plymouth convertable, It was Latham supercharged, but this is definately old school, car ran great even before the supercharger was added, not sure what engine at the time but it did have two 4 barrels.
very cool pic..i remember those old Latham superchargers from my model car kits back in the 60s. The looked cool with their side draft carbs...that would fit under a stock hood.

Cool looking car, when was the photo taken? With 2 4's I'd guess it was the new for '57 318 poly, but I think the 303 was still around then as well.
1957 U.S. Plymouth V-8's were 277, 301 and 318. Only the 318 was factory equipped with two fours (and in 57 only, all 318's had two fours). But the 318 intake would fit the 277 or 301.
318 was standard in the 57 Fury; optional in other models.
303 was a Canadian version, also used in the 56 Fury. Had a smaller bore, longer stroke than the 301.
All looked the same externally; internally, dimensions were (bore x stroke):
277: 3.75 x 3.125 301: 3.91 x 3.125 303: 3.81 x 3.31 318: 3.91 x 3.31

Cool convertible, BTW. In the early 60's, a friend of mine owned this 57 Dodge with a 392 Hemi out of a Chrysler New Yorker:
