Snoddas OP enthusiast Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 393 Sweden	Hi, Is the air horns from Mopar Performance the way to go. I have the 65 magnesium crossram and dual holleys. Correct oval hole in the hood with the plate and the rubber seals (ram air). The car is a 65 coronet. Dont dare order before I know they fit this application. 1964 Dodge 330 Max Wedge clone 1965 Dodge Hemi A990 clone

I have a Bob Mosher 65 Coronet that I have run at the track comparing the air cleaner to the horns. I have not seen any noticable difference in my times. Dale Reed who did the motor says always run an air cleaner, no stacks. If you feel the need to get a set, keep your eyes on ebarf for a used set. I scored horns and the hood plate and clips for $250 on the barf last year. http://regcars.homestead.com/car135.html

Mopar performance horn have some protecting. Just wonder if they is diffrent in shape. I will run it like the A990 cars with the sealing to the hood and hemi scoop. I will probably for the MP's then. By the way witch mosher coronet is it. Any on his home page? Just curious. Love his builts cars!!! A friend in franch have on. 65 belv (mel winters if I dont remember wrong).
