Sounds like maybe there is too much clearance between the rockers.. Were these shimmed properly, and then rechecked after torqueing down the shaft.. Just my $0.00..

Your having the typical over oiling problem when using true roller rockers like Harland Sharps, T&D and so on, not bushed rockers,on a single shaft. Try restricting it down some more, are you using two restrictor jets, one in each head or one in the T block going to both heads? One is probally better than two

I just put on a set of HS also I was just in the garage priming the oil I have a .069 jet in each line and that is still WAY to much oil up top and I have the side clearence set at .012 so I will have to change jets
