This is an interesting comment.

I replaced my original power drum brake setup on
my 70 Coronet with the A-Body conversion.
I got a new metering "valve" from inline tube.
I have the strangest issue.

The right (pass) side pressure with the car idling and foot firmly applied
is 1200lbs on the right side and 1000 lbs on the left.

The car pulls to the right.
I have bled and bled the fronts.
I have checked the caliper for binding.

I found out the pressure by using a special guage from MP Brakes.
It's consistently 1200 on the right and 1000 on the left.

I see no visible evidence of a kink in either brake line.

I did not have this problem with the NOS factory drum brake valve.

The difference is the brake valve is the "new" inline tube reproduction....

Anyone else have this problem?
Any ideas on what to do?

I took the valve off to see if there was any issue
with the the output on 1 side vs the other.
It's clean - I see nothing wrong...
The rubber hoses are brand new. with no sign of a kink at all...

This is annoying as all H%%%...

Any help/advice would be appreciated...
thanks

I just eliminate them when I install a power 4 wheel disc set-up,....not needed if caliper fluid sizeing is calculated propery,....one less headache, and a better performing system

Get them from Bob at Fine Lines, he has his own made and bench tests everyone before if leaves.
