Even on a 68-70 that tey are designed to fit, they need alot of "messaging" to fit. You also need to bend a pipe to clear the crossmember on them. I can't directly answer you question, but be prepaired to do alot of dinging to get them to work.

Even if you find something from Hooker they say will fit they aren't likely telling the truth. They'll never get another dime of my money.

Yea I know,I was mainly concerned with the lite weight starter being too close,as it sticks out father from the block. A friend had them on a 69 Charger and he had to ding them in a couple of places. He removed them to run stock manifolds.

Don't have a clue what happened to my last post but evidently someone didn't like that I disagreed. The last 2 sets I have had fit nicely with no dings on the Duster headers and very minimal on the Coronet.

I just put a set of Comps into my 67 B-motor B-Body. They fit pretty well considering their size. They're too close to the steering box, and rattle against it at an idle. And, I had to bend the Tranny dipstick tube a bit. Nothing I can't handle. The worst part of them was that they were an absolute bear to get in. The fit and finish are great, and the material is top notch. For the price, I'd buy another pair.

Thanks for the replys. I think i'll check out some early B's with Hooker Comps at the Nats.
I can get a good deal on these, but don't know if it's worth the hassel. Sounds like they have more issues than the 78030 Hedmans. The only issue they have is with a small Mopar light weight starter.

Don't Hooker and Hedman headers, come with a Hammer to install?, they should.

Hmmm...my 2" TTI's went right on without ANY modifications, I just tightened the bolts and I was done 7 years ago, I check the bolts, every six months, I've only had to tighten them once.
