I have been looking for information on how to overhaul my power brake booster but cannot find any service info. I would like to see the service procedures for what is involved as well as finding the parts needed. It is a Bendix booster with the dual diaphram. My vehicle is a 70 RR with 440 six pack. The factory service manual only describes removal and replacement of the unit.

Send it to Booster Dewey. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to attempt the O/H myself. I am having a problem finding service procedures to do it myself. I also cannot find where to buy the O/H parts for it. If anybody has done this before please give some resources to help. The factory service manual does not go into detail about the internals or how to seperate the cases, any info appreciated.

I like to do most everything myself too, but this is one job that is best left to the experts.

the booster internals were never serviced or avail to the general public and by design is best left to the ones who are familiar with said projects - aka boosterdewey

Booster Dewey.
You want this done right and more importantly checked after it is
rebuilt so that it functions properly.

Dewey did mine. Super job. They were never designed to be serviced. Your life depends on the brakes.
