ok hm it is my uderstanding that the the 1/2 pod was the one closet to the front of the motor and 3-4 being top back bottom if that is corect then the way i have it in the above pic is wrong as i qot the longest rod (going to top and closet to the motor pod (for lack of a better word)) on the finger close to the driver
and the top close to driver going to the middle finger
i tried swaping them around and have them like you said long rod in the middle but rods would bind up so swaped back
i bought this whole setup togeather out of a bench seat 4 speed car
now for the lineing up the pin i seen that run a small bolt or something all the way threw but then just what am i adjusting and with what after i did that?
man it sure would help if i had a clear pic showing side of tranny with rods on lol

got the shifter rods all lined out some were like 6-7 full turns its all on there right i dont have a tranny mount so got the trans proped up so its not setting on the fingers thank a million for the help ralph
