Is anyone using this setup on the rear? The wheels are 15x8 Rallye. The springs are new HD Mopar units. I am also thinking about 235/60/15 0n 7" Rallye wheels up front.

It is a short tire but it will fit. Who is still making them?

Allen Here's a novel idea, let's not throw a bunch of parts at the car hoping it will fix the problem and instead spend a little time diagnosing it first. Life was a little easier when I was just a wrench.

I personally prefer 275/60s. Not quite as wide, but I think the height of the sidewall looks much better.

That is the setup I have on my wagon.

Her's the tires sitting in my garage before I put them on the car. You can see the difference in widths pretty well.

The wheel should handle that tire ok, cant tell you about your wheel well clearance..

Back in "the day" I used that size tire on my Z28 camaro and utilized the factory 7" mag wheel.. Wore out the center of the tire pretty fast it ( the wheel) not being wide enough to handle the 295 tire... Just my 2 cents..

Iv'e got 295 50 15 bfg's and 265 60 15 on my convertible. the wheels are origonal 15x8 ralleys
and the tires are hard to stretch on but will go.
The sidewall is bowed out a little but looks good.
I moved the springs inward about an inch to clear

he asked about fitting a e body wich in case i do not think there gonna fit even on a 8 wide rim
as a skinney rim (8 inches) is not gonna make the tire skinier so unless you raise the back and possibly a thin spacer or mover the leafs in its not gonna work a 275 50 yes a 295 50 no
