Make one, they are easy to do. Just make sure you measure twice and cut once. Google it and it will tell you what type of wood or even what measurements to use.

Might have to do that. Could use carb base gasket as a templet.

Why wood instead of phenolic? Just curious.

EDIT: Oh sorry didn't see the 1/2" part... makes more sense now

Interesting read,thanks. Trying to improve a hot start problem with the problem prone eddy 750. Didn't think about the wood soaking up fuel.
