I have a damaged original rubber bumper, its got some missing rubber on the end. Dose anyone repair these?

Plenty of people repair them, repairing the right is a different matter.

I would contact Gean Gregory - he reproduces them and see what he recommends. Maybe he can fix it.

I asked for rubber bumper advice also. Not much response. I found this link http://www.goatsgarage.com/bumplft.html
that has good info on prepping and repairing the rubber/elastomeric/endura bumpers.

i have seen some really nice looking
homemade 71 runner rear rubber bumpers
made with this product skimmed over a regular bumper....
