Well fathers day weekend I was crew chief for my boys JR and the wife making her debut drag racing in my Dads 64 Valiant the Hairy Canary....she did good...won her first round on a double break out. In the video at the 1:30 mark or so you'll see her 2nd round loss ....she got tree'd.....BAD...LOL
But now SHE'S making our racing schedule and is asking when we can build her a car of her own....
I'm thinking of picking up another Dart and giving her my car...

I can't talk my wife into driving my 'cuda (she can't reach the pedals straped in, set up for my 6'2" frame), but I finally talked her into making some passes in her Intrepid at a test and tune night . Best $10 I've spent racing. She found out just how easy it is to cut good consistant lights and run the same thing pass after pass . She did have fun though, was listening to the track PA on the radio in the car going down the track.
