I'll go out on a limb and guess those are really expensive. Plus w/ numbers like this "Chamber Volume: 168 cc" You'd better get some good pistons that are right at the deck.
all he needs to do is buy a hemi piston wit hthe right pin for the rod he is using and in the bore size of his block , not very hard or super expensive , compared to the heads .

The heads and special rocker gear used to be $5kish, then you have to buy the Hemi specific intake , exhuast and cam/pushrods, plus add oil return lines back to the bottom of the block.
