RM21 H9B 290xxx- VIN "B" plant would be Hamtramck. RRs were built at A-Lynch Road, G- St, Louis or E- LA. My guess is the "6" Is a G for STL due to the SPD and VIN

Oops, my bad...I knew the 6 was a typo, I just assumed it was a "b". You're right, G does make more sense.
Is there a web site that shows all the interior codes?

Sort of....Here are some color and trim books showing codes, colors and optional trims. We keep adding more all the time.

If I may, I also have a question on a '69 Roadrunner tag. I have decoded all but one code on it. I have looked in several of the places that have been suggested and have had no luck finding it. It is located on the third line from the bottom and is on the left side if the tag. That code is "1 X" It is a Lynch Road car.
Thanks

69 Lynch Road tags omit the letter V before the vinyl top code so the correct code is V1X meaning a black vinyl top.

What does the A01 light package consist of for a '69 Road Runner besides the turn signals on top of the fenders?

I guess the courtesy light is the ignition delay light over the ignition switch? As far as I know, that was included in the A01 package in addition to the map light?

Nope, I think it the light with a switch mounted to the underside of the dash pad just to the right of the center A/C vent or block off plate.

Careful, your character's showing!
