The basic specs:

Diamond flat top pistons
K1 4" 4340 crank with 2.10" GM journals
K1 6.125" Chevy H beam rods
Crane Ultra Pro .903" 48 degree .210" offset solid roller lifters
Custom Bullet cam (specs TBD)
Harland Sharp 1.6:1 rocker arm system for W5
Comp 955-16 valve springs
Ferrea 6000 series race valves
More likely 1050 Quick Fuel dominator carburetor

All this is subject to change of course...

As much compression as I can get away with using 110 octane Torco race fuel.

Bracket racing reliability and consistency - and not so much spring pressure that I have to change springs and lifters every season.

Sounds the same as what Ryan is just finishing up for me right now( mine is 439")other than I'm using the crappy M1 and 11.3-1.
I am seriously pumped to get this thing home and get this thing running

Yes similar... his will have alot more compression (has a 16 degree angle milled W5 with pretty small chamber), & hair more camshaft.... Yours has more radical piston/bore combo, & too much intake manifold. Both getting dynoed, probably make similar power, but I'd expect the 416 to put up hair better # with the better head/compression & cam. I think his 416 is going to make way more power than he wants, so I'm having to decide if I want to de-tune it a bit with cam.

Yeah - I only need my car to go mid to high 10's at 3000 DA to be faster than most of the guys I bracket race against. I'm tired of being chased down instead of chasing others down. The car weighs 3264 with me and gas in it... but that's with the iron head 340 and stock radiator. I'm sure the aluminum W5 heads and aluminum radiator is going to lighten up the front end a bit.

I also don't want to be one of the guys pouring money into new springs and lifters every season (or after every few races even!). A less aggressive cam means less open spring pressure means it's easier on my wallet. Also less Torque / HP means fewer parts breaking! :-)

What density altitude did you run your 10.92 at? For me to run 10.50 at 3000 DA is about 10.20 at 0 DA. There's a quite bit of a HP difference between 10.92 and 10.20...

Trans is a 727. I am taking it to a shop to have it gone through and beefed up where needed.

Nice combo

I had a nice Shady Dell pump gas R1A with W5's 416 cubes that flat out flew. Went 9.96 on pump gas thru mufflers on leaf spring street tires etc....

Ryan can make some serious power no doubt

Your car is 4 lbs heavier than my Buddies '72 Challenger here in State College that I wrench on.... With 685 HP it's been best of 9.87 @ 137, that was at 1200 DA. Recently it's been stinking hot/humid 2800-3100 DA for last couple times we've had it out including last Friday night & it has been putting up a string of 9.98-10.06's. Mostly 10.02/10.04's.

So we will want to be in the low 600's to get you at least mid 10's in typical 3000 DA Arizona weather.

Low 600's with this kind of combo basically has to be de-tuned. I'm dynoing a 416 Stage 2 Edlebrock motor on Monday that should make low 600's... Low 600's these days is not too difficult with good parts.

The W8 intake is a bit small for that combo, which is going to induce more TQ in midrange so I have to be thoughtfull about traction as well on this thing... We'll see, as of right now I'm probably looking @ doing something in the 262/268 @ .050" range on cam with lift somewhere in the .660's

I'd have at least another 7-10 degree's & .050" lift in it if I was going more aggressive....

AWBDart's 439 ICH head deal there is a pump gas street/strip deal shooting for 680+ HP & it's 269/272 .709"/.691" with a 1.65 Rocker & very fast lobes..... & that's a "street" motor these days... It's got a big $ PAC Spring/retainer & T&D rockers, it should live quite well for long while valvetrain wise.

Yeah I'll post results after next week.... I just dynoed a 365" Edelbrock motor that made 577HP on Tuesday, am doing the 416 Edelbrock on Monday, a 472 W9 somewhere in middle of week & the 439 INDY 360-1 on Friday... I'll post some specs/dyno #'s when I'm done thrashing on those 3 next week. Kind of wanted to see the 2 Edelbrock motors together since I had never dynoed an E head motor until last week, those were 1st #'s I've gotten to see off of one that I was involved with. Built lots of them & done tons of those heads, but no one ever wanted one dynoed before, so these are a couple of firsts. I thought the 365 would make 550's so was little surprised @ 577, it had an N20 cam & no compression. Super Victor intake did not hurt TQ as much as I thought it would either... motor made 471TQ which I was pleased with, considering the combo. The 416 has more compression, more cam, little less head, same intake....will be interesting.
