nice running a 8 wide wheel is just a waste might as well run a factory rim
Not when you have 4 inch rims on the front. I thought that the 50s didn't have enough sidewall too.

How much sidewall do you want? No offense, but do you know what the tire numbers mean?
325/50-15
325 is the section width in millimeters across the tread. 325 mm = 12.8 inches 50 is the section height stated as a percentage of the section width. 325mm divided by 50% = 162.5mm = 6.4 inches 15 is obviously the wheel diameter.
A 325/50-15 is only 2 tenths of an inch shorter than a 275/60-15 that so many guys use out back. That's a puny 6 revolutions per mile different. Your speedo would be off by less than 1/2 of one percent.
Yeah Feets, I know what you're sayin'. When I was shopping online for the 275 60 15s I was comparing the specs between what I had, 325 50s and what I wanted, the 275 60 15s. I found that they have a very similar diameter / height. However, I can tell you that the 275 60 15s "look" like they have more sidewall. I don't know if it was because the 325s were on a 10 inch rim and should have been on a 12 inch rim. Doesn't the rim width effect the tire specs? Or perhaps it was just an optical illusion that the 325s looked shorter than the 275s. Anyway, I am happier with the "look" of the 275s over the 325s. Tell you one thing too, those 325s are big azz tires and were really heavy. I wonder what the weight difference was between the two sizes.

What brand tire is the 295/65-R15 tire you're using, and what size are your front tires? I have 15x8 rear and 15x7 front rims. I need 29-30" diameter tires in the rear to go with my 4.10's and would like to use matching front/rear brand tires.
The front tires are 215/75/15 i think they are 28 inches tall. The 295's are BFG drag radials.
