The tag code on a '69 'cuda is M47. I'm not sure for the later Dusters, but i'll look in the "white book." I've never seen a Duster with them on it, only in an original magazine ad. They look cool on the Duster though, gotta be a rare car with that factory option!!! Dave
I'm the CARETAKER of Weinstats '69 440 'cuda registry and have 104 of the 360 cars to date. 84 fastbacks/20 coupes. Always looking for new(REAL M-code) '69 440 'cudas to add to the registry so drop me a note if any are found or known. This isn't a publicly released registry. Thanks, Dave

So what is the tag code number for the scoops on this car? It's hard to read, i don't really see M47.

Probably J54 if not that then V21
Neither of which are on the '74 tag shown. Should/did this 360 4-speed Duster have scoops and the hood paint when new?

The car shown the photos is the car I am dealing on right now. The car appears to be pretty much original other then a swapped 1970 340 engine. The current owner said the person he got the car from removed the OEM scoops. Is it original? I have no idea. I'm suppose to pick up the car this weekend, but not sure I can come up with the funds that fast. Slightly larger versions of the pictures:
1969 Dodge Super Bee A12 (440 Six Pack, 4-speed, Dana 60 4.10)
1972 Plymouth Road Runner (400, 4-speed, 8.75" 3.23)
1974 Plymouth Duster 360 (360, 4-speed, 8.75" 3.23)
