Has anyone swapped out their '73/74 Charger tail lights with the '71 R/Ts? Does the assembly bolt up and will the '73/74 harness fit or does it have to be cut, spliced or must you use the '71 harness?

is practically a bolt up job
just need to consider the ground wire is unexistant on 71/72s since housings are pot metal and not plastic, so ground wire is just for sidemarkers independiently attached at both sides )
then an advice will be to get the lower license plate bracket too, what is a little bit shorter to 71/72

that gap it could be because some difference with the brackets lenght to the tail lights making to fit deeper into the opening, but is not the opening size itself or at least thats my though. That it could be a difference we never noticed in the past. but they should be easy to adjust
